A historical and documentary exhibition “100 years of Udmurtia statehood: documents, events, faces” (0+) will be opened in Izhevsk. It was reported by the press office of the head and government of the republic.
The exposition will be opened at the Victory Square in Izhevsk on November 2, 2020.
The exhibition presented more than 200 documents from 1917 to 2020 from the funds of the state archives of Udmurtia, Russia, the Central state historical archive of St. Petersburg, the Russian state archive of social and political history.
Among the documents you can see the resolution of the Council of people's commissars of November 2, 1920 “On the formation of autonomous regions of the peoples – Kalmyk, Mari and Votyak” and a joint resolution of the All-Russian central executive committee and the Council of people's commissars “On the formation of the autonomous region of the Votyak people” of November 4, 1920.
In addition, pictures of historical figures and events will be shown at the exhibition.
The exposition will be held until November 20, 2020.
