The Bank of Russia released the silver coins to the 100th anniversary of the statehood of Udmurtia on October 1. It was reported by the press office of the Ministry of National Policy of the Republic with reference to the Central Bank.
The commemorative coin will be in denomination of three rubles. A total of 3 thousand such copies will be released.
The front side shows the coat of arms of Russia, there are inscriptions with the denomination, trademark and alloy fineness.
There are the coat of arms of Udmurtia, images of the main building of the Izhevsk arms factory, the Friendship of Peoples monument and the Arkhangelsk Michael Cathedral, as well as a drawing of a young couple in traditional Udmurt costumes standing on the bank of the river on the reverse side of the coin. In addition, the inscriptions “Udmurt Republic” and “100 years” will be applied on it.
The collectible model is legal tender; therefore it will be required to be accepted throughout the country.
