Four students from Udmurtia became super-finalists of the All-Russian competition “Bolshaya peremena”. It was reported by the press office of the head and government of the republic.
Eleventh graders from Izhevsk received prizes in the amount of 1 million rubles, and tenth graders from Sarapul and Kiyasovo – 200 thousand rubles. The winners will be able to use this money to pay for tuition, and if they go to the budget department – on a mortgage or a business startup.
12 schoolchildren from Udmurtia, Mordovia and Tatarstan presented the concept of the school of the future in the final. The jury members evaluated the final product and the individual work of each team member.
One of the winners said that the final of “Bolshaya peremena” was the first experience of participating in a large-scale event. Within six months, the guys got acquainted with interesting people, received a lot of knowledge.
The final of the All-Russian competition “Bolshaya peremena” was held from October 31 to November 5 at the International children's center “Artek”. The event was attended by over 1 million children from different regions of Russia. 1.2 thousand schoolchildren made it to the finals, and 300 students in grades 9-10 and 300 eleventh graders became the winners.The competition “Bolshaya peremena” will become an annual one since 2020; it became part of the national project “Education”, initiated by Russian President Vladimir Putin.
