The head of Udmurtia Alexander Brechalov told about the history of the Town Polyclinic No. 2 on his pages in social networks, thanked the medical workers for their work and ministry, and congratulated him on the 60th anniversary of the institution. This was reported by the press office of the head and government of the republic.
I congratulate the team on the anniversary date. You have chosen not a job – a vocation that every day brings people good and care. It is thanks to you that patients sometimes begin such a difficult path to recovery; it is you who are at the forefront in the fight against viral diseases. Thank you for your work, perseverance and desire to help!
The history of the clinic dates back to 1960: then a health center was organized on the territory of the Neftemash plant.
This clinic was one of the first to be upgraded under the project “Berezhnaya Polyclinica”. An electronic scoreboard with a schedule of specialist’s works in the lobby, and an electronic queue to the registry operates. Particular attention is paid to patient navigation – each floor is color-coded, marked on the ceiling, walls and floor.
Glasses were removed from the registry, and conflict management training was conducted with employees. The hospital has a call center for inquiries, and healthy and ill patients enter through different entrances.
The capacity of the medical institution is up to 500 visits, the outpatient clinic is designed for 40 beds with modern diagnostic equipment and highly qualified specialists.
