Tourist brands of Udmurtia can be included in the “Top 1000 cultural travel brands in Russia”. The agency for press and mass communications of the republic reports it.
As a part of the project “Living heritage”, the competition “Top 1000 cultural travel brands of Russia” was launched on an interactive platform.
The goal of the project is to form a list of local attractions in Russia.
The members of the expert jury have already selected 500 brands; this list includes the museum-reserve “Idnakar”, M.T. Kalashnikov, museum named after designer M.T. Kalashnikov, “Grandmothers from Buranovo”, P.I. Tchaikovsky, as well as re-baking from Udmurtia.
Currently, the project is entering the stage of compiling a list, which will include 1,000 brands, including the names of famous people, events, cultural and symbolic natural objects, traditions and crafts, cuisine, etc.
Local historians, experts on tourism and cultural heritage, employees of tourist centers, government authorities and local governments can suggest an attraction. To do this, you need to register on the portal, post a brand description and photos.
Thanks to the competition, residents of the country will learn about new attractions, which will allow developing new tourist routes.
